Trip Hazard in El Cajon
El Cajon resident Mike contacted Saber regarding a trip hazard on his patio. Mike told us that he was retired and he had already tripped. He stated that the problem had grown worse over the last year. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Mike's home. A void had formed under the patio, causing one of the slabs to sink.
Our Crew drilled holes through the sunken slab into the void. We then used Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process to fill the void. The attached picture shows the PolyLevel equipment set up. This raised the slab and eliminated the trip hazard.
Mike was satisfied with the completed work.

Driveway Stabilization and Repair in Poway
Homeowner Graham D. in Poway had a problem with his driveway. The voids underneath have made his slabs of concrete uneven and have created large ugly cracks through the parking area. It’s not only an eye sore it’s also a safety hazard! Our Project Design Specialist Curtis recommended our 2 – part Concrete Protection System. First, we’ll inject PolyLevel to raid and stabilize the slabs of concrete and the installation of Nexus Pro joint sealant to fill and repair the crevices. The work was done by our Foreman Scott L. and his crew. Three slabs of concrete were injected with PolyLevel into 30 dime sized holes throughout the uneven areas of the driveway. Once the concrete was stabilized it had its grout filled the homeowner was excited to see the final result. Graham has dealt with this problem since he and his family first moved in their home. For the past 9 years the concrete slowly settled into the voids underneath and began doing greater damage. Him and his spouse have reached out in the past to get other professional advice on their concrete but where very disappointed by how other contractors lack of professionalism. They now have peace in mind and they know they received quality work at a reasonable price.
Filling Voids And Stabilizing Concrete in Poway
Homeowner Cano B. in Poway had a problem with his sidewalk and driveway. His property was surrounded by trees that were growing roots underneath his concrete. This resulted in uneven slabs on his sidewalk as well as his driveway lifting from the roots. He decided to replace his driveway entirely and remove any roots that were leftover by the trees. However, this left his sidewalk untouched and more than likely had voids underneath his sidewalk which will eventually cause the slabs to settle. This was a job for our Forman Scott who specializes in PolyLevel and his crew. First, there were dime-sized holes drilled throughout the front patio and sidewalk and were injected with PolyLevel. After the concrete is stabilized and the PolyLevel has settled Scott and his crew fills in the grout with a professional finish. Cano and his wife moved into their 1980s home back in 2016 and saw their problem right away and knew they would have to address their issue sooner or later. Over time since they have first moved it their concrete has gotten so bad that their garage door couldn’t close. They knew if they didn’t take care of their problem that it would only get worse. Even though they went to another source to fix their driveway Cano and his wife still came to us for their patio and sidewalk because they knew we would provide them with quality work at a great price. When the family saw their patio, they were thrilled that they could not tell that we were there. They were very please with our professionalism and now were WOW’D from our redefining services.
Crack repair and push piers in Fallbrook
Saber was contracted to repair a foundation in Fallbrook, California. The home had many cracks throughout in the slab and also in the walls and ceiling of the property. The Saber crew used two push piers at specified locations to help stabilize the home and prevent it from any future settlement. Once the piers were installed and the lift and stabilization of the home was complete the crew went to work repairing the large cracks that had formed around the property, Using an epoxy injection the crew closed up the cracks. Once the cracks had been sealed the homeowner can now lay new flooring and repaint the walls and ceilings as needed, instead of just covering up the issue the homeowner is happy to know that the foundation issue is resolved and the home is now stabilized from future settlement.
