Nexus Plus Joint Sealant System in San Diego
San Diego resident Anita contacted Saber regarding cracks in her Pool Deck. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a inspection of Anita's home. There were some voids caused by shifting soils. Some of the concrete slabs had started to sink, because of these voids.
Our Crew filled the voids using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This process raised the slabs that were sinking. Then our crew used the Nexus Plus Process to fill and smooth the spaces between the slabs. This Polyurethane Adhesive will prevent cracks from growing.
Anita was pleased with the results and the clean up.
CleanSpace Creates More Storage for a Home in San Diego
San Diego resident Brian K. contacted Saber regarding Drainage Issues and creating Storage for his home's Crawlpace under his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Brian's Home. The Crawlspace also had moisture saturation issues in the soil.
Saber's crew installed a Sump Pump in the Crawlspace. See the attached picture. We also created drainage around Brian's home to prevent further standing water issues. After removing the extra debris, created when we cleared the Crawlspace, and updating the drainage, Saber installed CleanSpace Drainage mats, liners, and wraps in the Crawlspace. A Dehumidifier was also installed to keep the soil dry.
Brian was happy with the results and our crew's clean up.
Strengthening a Foundation in San Diego
San Diego resident William contacted Saber regarding the cracking in the walls of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free and thorough Homeowner inspection. The concrete Foundation was cracking and sinking on one side of William's home.
Saber's Crew excavated holes next to the Foundation of Williams home. We then installed Helical Piers to the base of the Foundation. We pressurized the Piers, thus lifting and strengthening the entire Foundation .
William was happy with the results.
Saving a Block Wall in San Diego
San Diego resident Chuck contacted Saber in regards to a cracked Block Wall, that was also starting to seperate from itself in the corners. This wall was surrounding his backyard, and had become a safety concern. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Chuck's property.
Our Crew broke out parts of the wall and installed strengthening and Stabilizing Tiebacks. The attached picture shows part of what is invoulved. We dug some ditches in the yard and installed Tieback Rods to anchor the wall. After installing all of the components, we installed Plates over the Adjustment Bolts on the wall. The crew then Tightened everything down. The wall was no longer leaning. The cracking had stopped, and there were no gaps where the walls met in the corners.
Chuck now has peace of mind. This was a less expensive option than demolishing the old, and building a new Block Wall.
Fixing Trip Hazards in San Diego,
Redwood Villas in San Diego contacted Saber regarding root invasion causing Trip Hazards on the sidewalks in their complex.
Saber's crew removed the buckled concrete slabs, and the roots that were causing the problem. We then laid out the concrete forms, and replaced the concrete slabs. The attached picture shows the completed work that Saber did.
The Trip Hazards have been eliminated.
Fixing Sagging Floors in a Vacant Home in San Diego
Realtor Greg F. contacted Saber regarding a vacant home that had sagging floors. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of the home. The Crawlspace support posts were starting to slide off of their concrete bases.
Our crew attached new Cross Beams to the existing Floor Joists. We then added more Support Posts and Concrete Bases. We attached Braces that strengthened the connection of the posts to the floor joists and concrete bases. The attached Picture shows the one of the new Cross Beams, Support Posts, and Braces. Last of all we added all Metal Smart Jacks.
The home's floor was now strengthened and stable. The home is ready to sell.
Concrete Grinding Quote for Apartments in Calipatria
San Diego Apartment Manager Carlos R. contacted Saber regarding trip hazards in the walkways. Sabers Projects Design Specialist saw that this issue could be fixed with concrete grinding. We gave Carlos the inspection report and the quote.
Smart Jacks For Sagging Floors in San Diego
San Diego resident Renee L. contacted Saber regarding the sagging floors in her home. Saber' Project Design Specialist gave Renee's home a thorough Inspection. The Support Posts, in the home's Crawlspace, were in the process of sliding off of their concrete bases. This happens quite often, with older homes, in Southern California, due to earthquakes.
Saber's crew installed steel I Beams, to support the wood Floor Joists, and to spread the load of the floor. Then holes were dug and filled with gravel. Last of all, Saber's crew attached All Metal Smart Jacks to both Lift, and Stabilize the Floor. These components all combine to give Renee's Floor a consistent elevation.
Trip Hazard Elimination in San Diego
San Diego property managers Mandy, and Pam, contacted Saber regarding cracked walkways and patios at one of their properties. Sabers Project Design Specialist Inspected the entire property. A lot of the concrete was too badly damaged to be repaired.
Saber's crew excavated the broken concrete slabs and removed the debris. Forms were built, and new concrete was poured. The attached picture shows Saber's finished work.
Trip Hazards Eliminated in San Diego
San Diego resident Kathleen C. contacted Saber regarding Trip Hazards in her garage floor and driveway. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. Voids had formed under the garage and the driveway. The mis-aligned and cracking concrete was the result. See the attached picture.
Our crew drilled holes through the concrete and into the Voids. We then filled the Voids with Polyurethane, by using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This filled the holes, and lifted the sinking areas of concrete. Last of all we ground down the high edges of the cracks, and applied Nexus Plus, to fill the cracks.
