San Diego resident Herman T. contacted Saber regarding Sagging Floors in his Home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete Home Inspection. The Support Posts in the Crawlspace were Sliding on their Bases. Our Crew Installed Steel I Beams to the existing Wood Floor Joists. We then Installed and Pressurized All Metal Smart Jacks. See the attached picture. This gave Herman's Floors back their Consistent Elevation. The Sagging Floor issue has been Completely Eliminated.

San Diego resident John S. contacted Saber regarding upgrading the Seismic Retrofitting of his home. He wanted his home to meet current California Building Code Standards. Sabers crew installed Universal Foundation Plates, and A35 Framing Angles, to strengthen the connection between the Foundation and the Home. Then we installed Post caps, to Strengthen the connection between the Support Post, the Floor Joists, and the Support Post Bases.

San Diego resident Rochelle D contacted Saber regarding Seismic Retrofitting her home. The Floors were also sagging. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough Inspection of Rochelle's Home. The Home had slid on it's Foundation, and some of the Crawlspace Support Posts were leaning. See attached picture. Saber attached Universal Foundation Plates, A35 Framing Angles, and Post Caps. These Components Strengthened the Connection between the Home and it's Foundation. The Post Caps also secured the Support Posts to the Floor Joists and the Concrete Bases.

San Diego resident Randall C. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of their home, and their deck was starting to slide down the a hill. Saber's Crew installed Helical Tiebacks to the Posts, and Foundation supporting their Deck. We then attached Helical Piers to the Foundation, to lift the Portion's that were sliding Down the hill. Last of all, we filled the Voids with Polyurethane. The attached Picture shows a Helical Pier being Pressurized.

San Diego resident Stephen C. contacted Saber regarding drainage problems alongside his house. Our design specialist determined that Stephen would be a great candidate for French drain installation. Foreman Joe S. and crew arrived at the job site on time and ready to work. They dug the trench and properly installed the french drain, eliminating the drainage issue that Stephen was having on his property.  Steven was very happy with the work performed and gave Joe and crew a great review.

Sandra C. in San Diego met with Product Design Specialist Paul D. to get a quote for CleanSpace, our state of the art solution for crawl space moisture issues. She writes that Paul showed up on time, listened to her concerns, and provided answers to all of her questions. She booked her installation of CleanSpace and says "Paul was absolutely AMAZING!!!" Richard O. contacted Saber with his concerns about a sinking patio and laundry room. Product Design Specialist Evan B. arrived on time for his evaluation and was able to address Richard's concerns and questions. The recommended solution was the application of PolyLevel in the affected areas. Richard booked his project with Saber, saying "Most professional company I have dealt with." He gave Evan the highest marks possible on our survey. We are happy that we were able to provide WOW! service! 

 Homeowner Richard C. wanted to sell his home, but he knew that it had settlement issues. After performing a full inspection, Project Design Specialist Evan B. recommended the installation of Push Piers for stabilization. Richard also had a sinking slab floor that needed an application of PolyLevel. Saber foreman Jesus and his crew installed the Push Piers, and foreman Scott and his crew did the PolyLevel. After completion, Richard had high praise for the Saber crew. He writes, "Jesus and his crew were professional, courteous, and prompt. They explained their work to me and made sure I was kept updated on its progress. Dealing with work on my home was made much easier to deal with by their efforts. Many thanks to this crew." Foothill Ranch resident Jim B. contacted Saber in regards to cracks in the Foundation of his home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner inspection. Saber recommended attaching Foundation Piers to the base of the Slab, and lifting the areas that were sinking into voids. Jim was given a inspection report and a written quote.

San Ysidro resident Jesse B. contacted Saber regarding a "sink hole" that he had noticed under his patio. Saber's Project Design Specialist inspected Jesse's home. There was a large void under the patio. The soils were shifting and settling. The void needs to be filled to stop it from possibly reaching the home Foundation.The atteched picture shows that the void has grown to the length of the shovel, on thie patio. Saber suggested that the void be filled with Polyurethane. We can do this with our PolyLevel Injection Process. Jesse received a written copy of Saber's Home Inspection Report.
