Push Piers and PolyLEVELâ„¢ Void Fill in Diamond Bar, CA
Homeowners in Diamond Bar, Ca had noticed signs of settlement in and around their propriety. After doing some research on the web for the best way to resolve their foundation settlement issue, they contracted Saber. A design specialist from Saber went to the home to do a property evaluation and found that the property did have some underlying soils issues which were causing the home to show the signs of settlement, interior and exterior cracks in the walls and the slab.
The design specialist proposed to resolve the issue by installing push piers at 11 different locations around the property and to lift and stabilize the property using PolyLEVEL™. The crew from Saber worked diligently to complete the project. There were several areas that needed to have concrete removed in order for the piers to be placed at the proper locations. The concrete was cut out and then the holes were excavated and the piers were installed. Once all the piers had been installed the home was lifted to maximum practical recovery, and the then PolyLEVEL™ was used to fill the void that had formed under the foundation once the property was raised. The homeowners no longer see the signs of settlement and know that their property is once again stable and settlement will no longer be an issue.
Partial Concrete Slab Replacement in a Diamond Bar Apartment
Diamond Bar Tennis Club/ Firstservice Residential contacted Saber regarding Foundation issues in one of their apartments. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of the building. One area of the concrete had a void under it. This was causing substantial cracking in that area of the Foundation only. This was both inside the apartment, and on the patio area.
Our Crew removed the cracked areas of concrete. These cracks were too substantial to used PolyLevel Void Filler to correct the issue. We then prepared the areas where the concrete was removed, and replaced it with new concrete. We also checked to make sure the entire Apartment now has constant elevation. The attached picture shows a area in which the concrete was excavated and replaced.

PolyLevel(R) for Interior Floors in Diamond Bar
Diamond Bar resident Xin Z. contacted Saber regarding sinking floors in his home. Xin's home is built on a slab. Voids had formed under the concrete slab, causing it to crack and sink.
Saber's crew drilled holes through the flooring and the concrete slab. We then injected Polyurethane into the voids using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process.
The floors now have a constant elevation, and Xin has peace of mind.
Cracking Foundation in Diamond Bar
Diamond Bar resident Harry W. contacted Saber regarding a Exterior Cracked Wall, that was running down the length of his Home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Thorough Home Inspection. Voids were Located under the Foundation, where the wall was Cracking.
Our Crew excavated holes next to the wall. We attached Push Piers and Pressurized them. See the attached picture. This lifted the area that was sinking. This also gave the Foundation Consistent Elevation. We then filled the Voids with Polyurethane. This Stabilized the Foundation.
Diamond Bar Home with Wall, Floor Cracks Permanently Stabilized
Jennie, a homeowner in Diamond Bar, Calif., became concerned about the structural integrity of her house after finding cracks on the walls and floor. She called Saber Foundation Repair to inspect the foundation and concrete of the property.

Yorba Linda resident Fran S. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of her home. Saber Found Voids under the Foundation, that were causing it to sink.
Our Crew attached Push Piers to the Foundation. Once Pressurized, the Piers lifted and Strengthened the Foundation. We then used Polyurethane to fill the Voids, which Stabilized the Foundation.

Pool Deck PolyLevel lift in Covina
A family in Covina called Saber when they found that they needed to take action on their settling pool deck. They wanted their pool to look level and cleaner for the next summer season. After Saber came out and determined that PolyLevel was the best fit for the problem, a crew was dispatched to fix the concrete without removing and replacing the slabs.
