Hacienda Heights resident Walter W. contacted Saber regarding Cracks that were in the walls of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough and Free Homeowner Inspection. Voids were located under the Foundation. Saber suggested attaching Push Piers to the Foundation, to Lift the Areas, that were sinking into the Voids. Then we would fill the Voids with Polyurethane, to stabilize Walter's Home.

Homeowner Michelle C. had a special request. In the backyard of her Hacienda Heights home was a bench that has historical significance. Michelle noticed that the bench was beginning to sink and needed support. Project Design Specialist Brian N. proposed a solution of PolyLevel to fill the voids underneath the bench. When Foreman Scott arrived with his crew, they began the installation of the PolyLevel. The Poly was lifting the entire slab in the wrong direction. Upon consultation with Manager Curtis, an alternative of two helical piers was suggested to Michelle. She was in agreement that this would provide the best solution. Homeowner Ray C. contacted us to fix an issue they’ve had since they moved into their home last year. Their early 1970s home in Hacienda Heights developed a horrible musty smell which would get notably worse after it rains. Ray said, “The issue has been here the whole time, but gets really bad after the rain. The humidity was peaking near 90% in the entire space. With humidity being so high, the wood readings were above 55% moisture. Have a high reading of humidity and moisture will not only cause the bad odor the family is experiencing, but it can also cause insect infestation, mold growth, and sagging floors. After Eamon’s inspection, he recommended that the home received the CleanSpace package. Ray was shocked by Eamon’s results and decided to continue with the project. After 7 years of owning a home with a pool in Anaheim Lawana watched as her pool deck slowely sank for 3 years due to poor compaction of the subbase soils and errosion from water migration under the pool deck slab.   This settlement of the pool deck concerned Lawana as her kids running around the deck had to avoid the trip and fall hazard caused by the settlement and misalignment of concrete pannels. Saber's injected 51 pounds of PolyLEVEL below the affected area to not only raise the suncken slab but also fill any voids in close vacinity stoping water errosion and migration stopping future settlement of other areas of the pool deck.    

A home in Anaheim was suffering from settlement issues.  The settlement of the home was mostly due to the soils located beneath the foundation, which had settled and caused voids to form in which the home was compromised.  The home had a formed cracks in walls and around door and window frames.  The homeowner knew it was time to find a fix for the issue, before the damage became worse.  The homeowner called Saber and set an appointment for a Design Specialist to come out and evaluate the property.  The Design Specialist proposed that the home be lifted and stabilized using PolyLEVEL™.  The homeowner was pleased with the proposal and was ready to get started on the project.  The crew from Saber was scheduled to come out and repair the foundation.  The crew began by coring penny sized holes in the foundation slab in the areas that would be lifted and stabilized.  The PolyLEVEL™ was then injected into the holes and the slab began to rise and level, as the cracks began to close throughout the home.  The homes foundation is now repaired and the cracks that had formed are now closed, and the foundation is now stabilized from future settlement.  

Anaheim resident Bryan contacted Saber regarding a swimming pool that was too unstable to hold water. Bryan told us that the county had inspected the pool. It had cracks that were leaking in the concrete. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete and free homeowner inspection of Bryan's property, Shifting soils were the cause of the cracks in the concrete. Saber also got the required engineering report for Bryan before we started fixing the pool. Our crew started by removing concrete square areas of the pool deck, excavating holes to the depth of the bottom of the pool. We then attached Foundation Piers to the base of the pool. Next we installed wire cages into the excavated holes. The holes were then filled with concrete. These steps stabilized the pool structure. Bryan could then take the steps to needed to repair the cracks. Bryan was happy with the result and the clean up.  

Anaheim resident Mark contacted Saber regarding cracking in his patio and the outer walls of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Mark's home. Settling, shifting soils had caused voids under the patio and the foundation of the home. The attached picture shows one of the reasons that Mark contacted Saber. Our crew removed sections of concrete next to Mark's home. Then holes were excavated. Helical Piers and Tiebacks were installed to raise and stabilize the foundation. Our PolyLevel Injection Process injected Polyurethane into the voids, which further strengthened the home's foundation. All Dirt was replaced. concrete debris was disposed of. Last of all, new concrete was poured. All Trip hazards were eliminated and the foundation was strengthened and stabilized. Mark was happy with the result of the work.

Anaheim Hills resident Larry C. contacted Saber regarding Trip Hazards in his concrete driveway. He wanted the cracks fixed and to have "peace of mind." Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Larry's home. Voids had formed under the concrete.  Saber's crew Drilled holes through the slabs that had sunk. Then the voids were filled using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This lifted the sunken areas of concrete in the driveway. Larry was happy that the Trip Hazards were eliminated.
